What do you mean by Pre-Engagement? We all know things are a bit different when a ring is on it! Why get married when over 70% of them are ending in divorce? In a Pre-Engagement session, we are aiming for brutal honesty. From finances, sex, family, and a variety of other topics, we will take a deep look into it all, my goal is to help you gain the confidence you need to take a meaningful step in your relationship. This conversation is not to exceed 2 hours per session. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How do you approach pre-marital coaching? In a Pre-Marital Session, I create a space by asking a series of questions that allows you and your partner to align on your expectations. My goal here is to aid in the process of your integration as a couple. I am also a SYMBIS Facilitator. SYMBIS is a fantastic resource for all things Pre-Marriage. We will take the time to review your assessment at a pace that works well for you and your partner. This conversation is not to exceed 2 hours per session. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To state the obvious, we as a society have hedged ourselves in, what I mean is, we are quite the independent bunch. Unfortunately, many individuals just accept their struggle with isolation as the norm, and honestly, what other choice do we have? We set out to build the life we want, and sometimes the unintentional consequence is removing the possibility of deep and meaningful relationships outside of our marriage. Here's the thing, we need others in order to survive. Always have, always will. When you are being challenged, in your marraige or in any regard and you have no community, this environment leads to unfavorable and sometimes irreversible outcomes. In the short 10 years of doing this type of work, I have found that many individuals are up to the challenge of digging into the things that are sabotaging their environments, yet most just feel alone, overwhelmed and under-equipped. If this is you, I know what it feels like. I have been here myself, and I believe that there is a very clear pathway with your fulfillment and your well-being in mind. I am a certified Marriage Mentor through the Gotmann Institute and I have helped couples discover an alternative pathway that leads to life. This session is not to exceed 2 hours in length.
